We are delighted to announce that this year, the Winter Program at Kyoto University will be held offline after being conducted online in previous years. Registration is now open!

Participant Quota:

We will select 14 undergraduate students from all majors to participate in the program:

• 5 students will receive full support (covering flight tickets, accommodations, and transportation via bus).
• 9 students will receive partial support (covering accommodations and transportation via bus, without flight tickets).

19 – 25 January 2025

Required Documents:

1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
2. Complete the online form: ipb.link/winterprogram2025
3. Copy of passport (main page)
4. Motivation letter (max. 1000 words, single page)
5. Academic transcript in English (for students in at least their 3rd year)
6. Proof of English proficiency (TOEFL min. 475, TOEIC, or IELTS)
7. Certificate of active student status

Submission Guidelines:

• Submit all required documents via this link: ipb.link/winterprogram2025 by 17 November 2024, no later than 23:59 WIB.
• Applicants who pass the document screening will be invited for an interview, scheduled between 18–20 November 2024.
