UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS POSTER COMPETITION

THEME

The theme of Undergraduate Students Poster Competition:  “Sustainable Agriculture and Farming System”.

TIME AND PLACE

The ICoSAFS activity will be held on September 24-25, 2020 and Undergraduate Students Poster Competition will be held virtually on September 25, 2020 via the Zoom Meeting.

PARTICIPANTS

Participants for Undergraduate Students Poster Competition re a category of students registered at the ICoSAFS and Summer Course at Faculty of Agriculture 2020.

THE IMPELEMENTATION OF ACTIVITY

  • Selection

Participants who take part in this activity are required to submit a Poster Competition with the following criteria:

  1. Poster made in A1 size with portrait orientation
  2. Participants must include the title of the paper, the name of the author and co-author, affiliations and correspondence of the e-mail author (Download guideline below)
  3. The poster must include footer (Download guideline below)
  4. Participants will make a poster presentation according to the schedule on the day for 5 minutes
  5. All incoming posters + presentations will be judged by the Jury.
  • Judging

The judging is carried out with a poster presentation on the day. The highest score will be coronation as the winner of 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for poster presentation categories.

  • Awards

1st Winner: Cash Money IDR 1.250.000 + certificate of  internasional

2nd Winner: Cash Money IDR 1.000.000 + certificate of  internasional

3rd Winner: Cash Money IDR 750.000 + certificate of  internasional
